We’ve heard the phrase “new old stock” used to describe a watch before, but that phrase might not be strong enough to convey the condition of this Caravelle. This watch is immaculate: from the case to the dial, every component of this watch is near perfect. The tritium lume on the dial and hands has a consistent, creamy patina to it - evidence of very little wear. Caravelle was created by Bulova to offer more affordable watches to a wider audience - and the design chops of Bulova shine through in this example. There are few watch designs more classic than a 3-6-9 dial, but Bulova changed the script with this one and offered a date window in lieu of a 3. Top it off with applied markers and tritium lume plots surrounded by a floating chapter ring and you have yourself a winner.

What To Know
All of our watches keep good vintage time (within a few minutes per day) and have to meet a high standard of condition, both mechanically and aesthetically, to be included in our inventory. These watches are several decades old, and wear the battle scars of their many years of service with pride, giving each one its own unique character. Each watch is one of a kind, and once this one is sold there will never be another one exactly like it.
